16th March 2020.

Dear Parents/guardians,

After a discussion with the Board of Governors and taking into consideration many people's concerns over the Covid-19 situation, we have decided in the best interests and safety of the children to close the school on Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March for all children.

We anticipate that schools will close in the imminent future and so we are doing what we can to prepare for that closure. We will be using planned teacher training days to accommodate this closure.  Teachers and staff will use these 3 days to prepare lessons and online materials for the children.

To facilitate home learning, our teachers will put together suitable activities for their classes to complete. All recommendations for home study will be posted on our website, school App and Seesaw, so please make sure to check them regularly.

In addition, please make sure you are signed up to your child's Seesaw (family app).  It will be a vital part of their home learning.

Thank you for your support.
