• Road safety week and library visits

  Both P4 classes visit library on Friday 27/11. Please ensure your child is registered and has their card and books in school on this date. Road Safety Week in school Please show a good example by using the CROSSING at the LIGHTS to cross Thomas Street Safety.

• Library Visits

  P7 and P5 will visit Portadown Library on Friday 2nd October. Please ensure your child has their library card with them in school on Friday.

• Polish Clubs Night

  Drodzy Rodzice,

                            Czy chcielibyście, aby Wasza pociecha wzięła udział w ciekawych kółkach zainteresowań? Nabyła nowych umiejętności w sporcie? Nauczyła się tańca lub gry na instrumencie?

  Jeśli tak, pani Hendron zaprasza na spotkanie, które odbędzie się w Presentation P.S we środę 30 września o godz. 19:00 (potrwa do 20:00).

  Na spotkaniu będą obecni przedstawiciele klubów piłki nożnej, szkoły tańca, klubów dla młodzieży i wielu innych. Dowiecie się jakie kluby dla dzieci są dostępne poza zajęciami szkolnymi.

  Será que a sua criança gostaria de se juntar a um clube novo, aprender um novo desporto, tocar um instrumento ou dançar?

  Então venha á escola Presentation PS na quarta-feira dia 30 de Setembro entre as 7 e as 8 da tarde.

  A Mrs Hendron planeou uma tarde de informação para o indicar certas actividades que possam ser feitas fora da escola.

  Haverá pessoal de clubes de football, escolas de dança, clubes recreativos e convivio para jovens, etc.

  Dear Parents

  Would your child like to join a new club, learn a new sport, musical instrument or dancing?

  Then come to Presentation PS on Wednesday 30^th September from 7pm to 8pm.

  Mrs Hendron has planned an information evening to let you know about things to do outside school.

  There will be people from football clubs, dance schools, youth clubs, etc.

• After School Clubs

  Breakfast and homework clubs as normal . On Monday 28th we have our Eco Schools Club (Eco representatives only) and Maths Extension Club (P7)  both finishing at 4pm. (Please collect pupils on time/no buses available). On Tuesday Paul Carville's Gaelic club (£2 each week ) begins for girls and boys 3-4pm only as there was only one person who applied for this club between 2-3pm. (If we get more members we will hold this club).

  On Wednesday we have Dance Club from 2-3pm for P1/2/3 and 3-4pm for P4/5/6/7. On Thursday we have Literacy Extension Club (P7)  finishing at 4pm. Film Club DOES NOT START UNTIL  Thursday 5th November. On Friday we have multi Sports Club from 2-3pm for P1/2/3 and 3-4pm for P4/5/6/7.

  Failure to collect children at 4pm from the P4/5/6/7 club may mean children are not permitted to go to the club in the future.

• Additional Afterschool Clubs begin on Monday 28th September

  Letters for Extended Afterschool  Clubs will be given out on Monday 21st September. Failure to return these letters on Tuesday 22nd will mean your child will not get a place  due to limited spaces within these clubs.

• Class Photographs

  Class photographs will be taken on Tuesday 22nd September. Parents will be given an opportunity to buy a class photo very soon.

• Swimming Lessons P4/5/6/7

  Swimming lessons start in week beginning Monday 7th September.
